Qualification :

  • Minimum of 2 years experiences in a similar role
  • Strong Leadership abilities, interpersonal and training skills
  • Good Communication and Customer Contact skills
  • Result and service oriented with eye for detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • A team player and builder
  • Strong operational and technical knowledge 


Responsibilities :

  • Support and be active in all programs from the management
  • Be familiar with all Emergency and safety procedures
  • Be familiar with all hotel facilities and the use of all equipments-tools-materials
  • Keep clean and in good condition all the hotel premises and properties
  • Ensure a good communication with the other departments
  • Organize a monthly meeting with your staff to answer to their questions/pass management information
  • Ensure that new employees/trainees are taking care and well informed
  • Hold weekly's supervisor meeting to monitor quality and consistency and developp their skills
  • Pay specific attention to the staff grooming and their behaviour
  • Monthly reporting according to the schedule and all end of the month procedures
